  Zero stars should be an option. This is a horrible insurance company, it's why insurance companies have a bad name and are a joke! Our gas range broke on December 2nd, technician came out December 5th and diagnosed the problem....a part that is no longer manufactured. This company decides that it is worth looking for a needle in a hay stack in the US and around the world. Meanwhile, we have to suffer without a stove for weeks and over Christmas and looks like New Years Eve. Thanks! I've been calling twice a week and waiting for more than 20 minutes, sometimes 45 minutes before speaking with a representative to get an update on our replacement part. Each representative tells me they are still looking for the part, they will probably find the holy grail first before locating our part. I've been patient and have given them more than 3 weeks. I've asked to get some cash back instead of waiting months on end for this part, each representative tells me that a claims person has not determined the cash amount and will give me a call. The last representative told me to go buy a stove and the company will then reimburse me....yeah right. Long story short.....do not buy insurance from this company, they won't fix anything and will only take your yearly payment and dash your hopes that someone might actually look out for you and your family in time of need.
